Some interesting tidbits (IMO):
This is Furman's highest ranking since early in the 2006 season (the last time they were higher was late 2005).
This is Holy Cross' highest ranking ever in the AGS Poll.
There's 6 Big Sky teams in the top 16 - hard to see that maintaining.

In 2006 Furman lost to Montana State in the 1st round of the playoffs. 9,400 fans at the game, and Furman had to borrow South Carolina heavy coats for the sidelines.

Thats one of my all time favorite games. We slammed their QB to the frozen field early in the first quarter and from that point on they just wanted to get back to SC.

Probably the greatest Bobcat in history wore that number. MSU didn't issue the number last season and some of us believed it would be a while before they did. Not a huge issue but just a bit surprising that when they issued 15 again, they would give it out to two players at the same time.

And it's two freshmen. It would be slightly different if someone more established like Brody Grebe took the number. I'm still hoping this is just offseason juggling and these two guys find different numbers by week 1. I do think the positions that have it are funny. Maybe it's a joke on us because the staff knows some of us care about these things.

I still want 15 retired, or at the very least unused until Troy's playing career is over. That kind of honor probably doesn't matter to him but it could still be an unofficial retirement for the time being.

I think Brody may have worn it in practice last fall camp but nobody wore it during the season.
