So if UM has better LBs, how do the Cats gameplan to stop Bauman? I don't think you stop him, you just contain his big play potential.

JJ -103 yards rushing. He got smoked all night! -11 yards per carry or something.

McGhee will have to scramble like a mofo, because our line probably won't do much more than the Griz...

Griz were horrible at bringing D rush tonight. The weren't calling plays to commit.

Frankly I don't think we are going to do much better on D. I think we have to out score NAU.

I'm a little worried that Bauman might light up the cats D. I don't think he will run all over them like he did the grizz tonight but he will definitly get his yards. I just hope the bobcat o can match them next week score for score.

I am by no means a football expert, but we have to have a bend but don't break attitude on defense. If we can keep them out of the end zone, their kicking game seems to be as broken as ours. Can't be giving up big plays, if Bauman gets out in space and our tackling skills are SFA quality it could be a long night. And we don't let their defense score 14 points.

We as fans sure as hell better show up and do our part to disrupt and confuse this offense.

I'm not as worried about the NAU offense as I am their defense. Jordan Johnson looked like he was pissing his pants for most of the game. His eyes were as big as saucers.

As much as I hate them and love watching them lose, I might chalk this loss up to just a bad game for the griz. Kinda like us last week. the Cats did not look that great....

The gritz were playing from behind, if they score the td it makes it 14-10 instead of 21-3. Our game is on the offense, score early and make them try and catch up.

When McGhee took the field after that first turnover against UND, he turned on the jets and didn't look back. That is the kind of play that will give them the upper hand with NAU.

I was surprised that JJ went back in after getting his bell rung. That looked pretty serious and was down for awhile

Agreed...this is the one thing Cat fans have control over....bring a loud sell out crowd and disrupt Poe's play calling...get him and Bauman confused. I think the home crowd could be the difference.

Our O-line better be ready for NAU's defense. Those guys were in beast mode last night and JJ, well he should have left the game in a wheelchair. NAU came to play last night, and UM didn't put up much of a challenge. Hope we close off practice again, that seemed to work pretty well.

Just went over to their board. They don't even have a topic for the UM game?

Massive waste of time, but then again I'm doing this at work so I'm wasting someone's time anyway.

Their D is definitely solid, but our O-line did them a huge favor by acting like they'd never seen a pass rush before...but then again, I guess they hadn't really seen one yet this year...
