Have more faith in your team Jagr! They might win the title the next time they get in there. I'm talking positive exposure, not getting lit up for 300 yards rushing on the ground eitherjagur1 wrote:as opposed to playing 3 playoff games on ESPN?![]()

...anyway...now that ya'll are done discussing the relative merits of 1-AA football and the expenses involved, I still plan to be in Stillwater on September 3rd. You're right, we realistically shouldn't get our hopes up, yet if we play the same type of game Furman played against Pitt early in the year or we had against EWU where we hit some quick plays, we'll be fine. Man, was I wishing and hoping for some ball control and clock management againt EWU, but...this year Guin, Domineck, and the rest will keep the clock moving with a big lead late in the game. I really, really like the direction of our program. Coach has stated that he feels we're in a position to just fill holes, and realistically, we don't need much, even on defense. Kwats can recruit outside linebackers and defensive ends and here we go again...Speed kills and our own speed hurt us late in the year without good man coverage in the secondary.
