Yeah, but then we'd miss you and your words of wisdom. See, I'm torn as to what direction (assuming Spear made the move) I'd like to see our football program move. I'd love to see somebody from the past, but on the other hand, I'd like to see then new, improved spread-option such as West Virginia or Ape State, then I'd certainly want to make sure we continue our defense. But, that's why they pay me the big bucks to spout my opinions in herertb wrote:Not really, the AD doesn't search for candidates that frequently where as a headhunter does that all day, everyday. This is like saying a company with an HR department shouldn't ever use headhunters because that is HR's job. Well, sometimes it is better to go to a specialist who can get you what you need and is trained to do that all day everyday. I think the idea of using a headhunter for coaches is GREAT! In fact if I could have any job in the world that is what I would do.Cat Grad wrote:http://collegefootball.rivals.com/conte ... CID=617932
Although I rarely read Rivals, the idea of using a headhunter, if you will, somehow seems a blatant violation of why we have ADs. Anyway, I thought it made for interesting reading.

I will state this: If I hear one time "We need somebody that will be a good fit." I'm definitely going to throw up
