Hey Nick - newsflash - lose by two or lose by 22, you still lost! At home in front of 24,000 teddy fans. Where was that vaunted run defense? Where was Swogger, the gunslinger who was gonna win it all for you? I know where they will next weekend

You lost by two, but you were losing most of the game.

The score was much closer that the a$$ whipping you took actually was; 200 yards more of total offense, difference in time of possession vial ball control and clock managemen and if it weren't for their 12 penalties to your ONE, turnover, field position ahhhh, hell, why bother. Much more involved in a football game than going back behind the huddle in the sandlot and coming up with live "reads" by the receivers and the quarterback.

Again, if you are sincere, call out the specific posters and posts that you think are unfair ... as opposed to starting a new thread that criticizes the entire fanbase.

And considering that both you and Htown did you darndest to be upset when a poster referring to the Griz defense as "vaunted" (which actually seemed quite sincere to me -- the theme of the thread to that point was how the Griz D had won games for them all season to compensate for the weak offense), even though his post was far from smacky and actually had a sincere attempt to break down what happened in the game, it's obvious that you both were dying to find something to smack back against.

Looking back at that thread, I would say that "SCOOP" and maybe one other poster even posted anything that would be considering sincere smack.

And yes, there were some Griz posters ripping the Cats when they lost in the fourth quarter on the road to the best team in the country. And Htown has actually done so today ... and even you chose to phrase it in a derogatory way as opposed to be respectful of the effort ... and still I wouldn't make a blanket statement about "Griz fans" as a result.

Isn't the smack board the place to give the griz or any other team a little $h&t? Just having a little fun? It was a great game last night, but heck these guys are our sworn enemies...just having some fun.

But c'mon...isn't a little bit funny to see on the front of newspapers grizzlies crying?
I agree ... this is the smack board, and I don't care what people post on it.

My point was that Nick shouldn't accuse all Cat fans of talking smack when there is just one or two fans who are doing it. If he has a problem with what you posted, he should throw it to you -- not to "Cat fans" in general.
"Nick" should also look in a mirror, since I have found some posts of his that are hardly supportive of the Bobcat football program.

To me, he's the stereotypical Griz fan. He can dish it out, but then cries if someone dares criticize the mighty Griz.
Youre damn right I talk smack. What do you think I cheer for the Cats? SEE THE POINT MAN -- you guys got your asses kicked this year (us included) and SOME (KEY WORD SOME) of you had the balls to try to make fun of us for losing by 2 in the semifinals.

DO YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND YET??!
Yes. I understand that you, for some unknown reason, had your feelings hurt because some people here aren't in a funk because the Griz lost last night. The more I think about it, the more hilarious I find it that Swogger was the goat last night. The Golden Boy who will "play on Sundays" (rec league?) looked more nervous and skittish than the UMASS sophomore QB. A great defense let down by the big time QB who was supposed to bring back the Griz aerial attack. It's funny how things work out sometimes.

Enjoy watching the title game at home, like us 'Cat fans.

Actually we were leading most of the game 17-14. And (I cant believe I have to say this again) I was never looking for praise from Cat fans, nor were my "feelings hurt" but I can't believe you have the audacity to talk smack to a team after you got the $hit literally beat out of you by App State and after the Griz sent you home crying in November.

You're kidding me, right? You actually came back for a second helping  What happened, they run you out of efizzledagain.com? Go to Eastern Kentucky's board; you have a lot more in common with them this year than you realize. Wouldn't it be great to see you meet them in the playoffs next year? You can break your tie :-k

No, we were never crying. But, we can certainly see you guys crying on the front pages of Saturday's newspapers!

Bull$hit. I'll dish it back if it's dished to me first. Find one post I made about the Cats in the playoffs and after they lost to the Griz that was anything but positive towards the Cats. I dare you.

Cat fans are like Nelson Muntz of 'The Simpsons' no matter how much their own life sucks they are always there to go "Ha ha"

oHH dude...are you going to cry?

I thought that was you I saw on the front page of the Kalispell newspaper!

Seriously though, your posts were fine until you kinda went mental Nick(like using the word $hit in some form or another in every post). Its dUMb to come over here and pick a fight, then get upset when people are willing to go toe to toe.

I think it's safe to assume that you are trying to project your own negative emotions onto the Cat fanbase ... being that you are the one trying to criticize all Cat fans repeatedly and with very, very little ammunition.

Sorry to hear that things aren't going well for you. Give it time ... things will get better.

Okay, right. My smack is weak. You guys are trying to smack a program that yours can't even hold a candle to. Oh right, you are the next big thing. We've been hearing that for too long. The thing is -- put up or shut up.

And you guys just can't put up.
So I won't shut up.

Okay. You get three nonconference games next year unless our conference commissioner convinces the rest of the country again that 1-AA shouldn't have the twelfth game and then you can play four.

Let's see Michigan, Ohio State, Southern Cal and if we get the fourth, Miami on your great program's schedule...think what that would do for your budget and strength of schedule rating

That sounds doable. Just as long as we steer clear of Chadron State.

And you better stay away from North Dakota State  Notice your reference to steers; try and try but you always get the same results ](*,) You aren't going to convince us of your superiority in shape or form and it's futile to continue trying. Give it up and go home and argue with each other.
