MSU had the sat coordinates on the website prior to the CAT/GRIZ game; so I'm guessing they will get the coordinates up for this game as soon as they know something. TV coverage seems to get squirrelly with decisions being made towards the middle of the week. We were supposed to know if the CAT/GRIZ kickoff was going to be pushed back from noon to 12:37 by Tuesday afternoon .. but I think it took them till Thursday to figure it out and post the time.kmax wrote:I would bet so. As rtb said, he has an email in to them, they have been happy to give us Sat coordinates in the past when I have emailed them so no reason to think they wouldn't again if they are broadcasting it.WalkOn79 wrote:If Max Media does pick it up, can't someone find satelite coordinates and pass them on the the FU fans? Should be able to find a sports bar somewhere in the area and make a satelite party out of it.
Good luck this Saturday, Furhman, and those that do make the trip, hope you can experience some great Montana hospitality.

FU: Just for some background, this link talks about all of the satellite parties that the Cat and Griz alumni associations co-host around the country for Cat/Griz games. We manage to get along pretty well. At the one in the Bay Area, a couple Griz alums even play the school songs on the trumpet and drums for both scores after each score. At the end of the day, we all have a lot in common, and most realize that's a lot more important than getting too pissy over the game itself.FU97 wrote:Wouldn't that be called a riot?remember the SCOOP! wrote:Assuming that my wife the griz won't let me go to the game and that the game will be televised, do you think there will be a Cat/griz type of tailgate parties around the U.S.?
There are exceptions, of course.

I don't think ESPN has the rights to all the games. I remember many other Griz playoff games that were televised, but not televised on ESPN.
Oh and FU....riot? Naw....most of the time we can put up with the Bobcats.

We don't throw enough for that to be an issue. The colder the better for us to keep pounding our 250 pound fullback.CatRowdy wrote:Our stadium doesn't have lights; plus we're trying to ice your quarterback and receivers fingers!FU97 wrote:I assume a lack of lights is the reason for the early local time kickoff?![]()

You're the man! Other than being married to a griz.remember the SCOOP! wrote:I'm married to a griz alumni...and I'm trying to convince her that we need to make the trip.
I have tickets to the Seahawks/Packers Monday Nov 27th, Monday Night football and I've sold my tickets already to come to Bozeman. Now I just need to convince my wife.

I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal.
