You can't really compare these 2 games at all. The Cats stopped themselves in the UC Davis game by turnovers and drops. Plus their defense couldn't get off the field on 3rd down (big key for this week).

If the Cats execute their offense (and have balance/misdirection) they will dictate to the defense I think in this one and not the other way around. The Griz should have blew them out by more like was discussed on the other thread. The sky is the limit for this Cat team if they play well and execute. The CATS need to focus and adjust to they physical play that PSU will bring and I guarantee you PSU will make mistakes being too aggressive and the big play will be there.

The Griz would have blown PSU out, except for one of Hauck's traditional coaching foibles. The "stretch play" from his own end-zone, leading to 9 PSU points in 15 seconds, made a close game out of a sure bow-out.

Bobby always seems to find a way to keep opposing teams in the game.

Yes, I made a bad prediction on the Cat/NAU game. I overestimated NAU's ability. But, I do not think the Cats will beat PSU. I guess we will see.

Well 'Dude,' so much for your honest opinion! That goes for a few others of your ilk too.......some of you were right that the Cats would have a pretty tough time against the PSU defense. Some even predicted that PSU would hold the Cats to 2 touchdowns.....right on target! What did you think of the Cat defense today? Awsome huh? The stats say it all. I suppose you cry babies want to whine about field conditions now.

After a shaky start, I don't think early predictions of kicking the griz ass in zootown are in jeopardy. JMHO
