Cats 31 UC Davis 17. The Cats will be fired up and have something to prove after last week. Now that I have had time to think about it; the loss to Chadron may have been just what we needed. This team is loaded with talent even with our starting RB and our leading receiver out. They were riding high after CU and the Chadron game showed them that they have to come ready to play every saturday. They will not have another let down this season.

Oh....while I'm at it......Skins-10 Cowboys 42

May BOTH your predictions come true, MM7; when both the Cats & 'Boys lose, it's a VERY gloomy weekend at my house!!

I'm the oldest of six, so I've always answered the perennial question of "Did your parents raise any idiots" with "Maybe, but they were younger than me".

I do have a younger brother in Kalispell who is a cowboy fan- his only saving grace is he's a 'Cat fan.

Go 'Cats! & Go! Raiders!

Here is why: UCD has a Huge O line they average 6'5" and 293 Lbs. all 5 are back from last year and they are very good. Their Qb threw for 2,873 yards last year and their best receiver is back with 93 catches for over 1,200 yards. As good as their offense is the Defense is even better
they only gave up an average of 87 yards per game rushing last year. and with your best back down thats not good for you guys. the UCD front line is also huge they average 6'3" and 273 pounds they return 3 of the 4 starters. Their 2 corners are as good as any in 1-AA. Between the 2 Cb's the combined for 11 INT's last year and are very good on coverge, so Carpenter better get the ball off very fast cus the D line is very tough on a Qb. Your only saving grace is the weather but you guys have more than a few Cali boys yourself so weater will affect the cats as well. UCD is not a good team for the cats to have to play just a week after your humiliating loss to a unranked D2 team, Things are only gonna get worse after tomorrow. Good day!
Actually the Cats are not who UC Davis wants to play after that embarassing loss last week. The players will come out with a chip on their shoulder and something to prove. This team is loaded with talent and the fact that Davis is a passing team only bodes well for our D considering that has been a bright spot in the first two games besides 1 blown coverage in the Chadron game. I am not worried that the true Cats will show up at home tomorrow. Good day to you sir!

If you think they have the ability to flip the light switch they would have done it in the 2nd half. I just dont think the cats have it in em. Oh and by the way UCD beat Stanford last year. Will you tell me how right i was after the game? UCD will control the line on both sides of the ball.
Its like I was telling the buff fans before that game. I hope UC Davis comes in with that attitude. The team you saw last week is not representative of our talent level. I am fully confident we will rebound this week. By the way what does beating Stanford have to do with this game? I could say that we beat last years Big 12 North champs at their house just two weeks ago but it does not mean the Cats are guaranteed a win. Should be a good match up though.

UCD fans tend to talk about that Stanford win all the time, like it made their whole season. Hell, on that thread on AGS about the Cats victory over CU, there were several Davis fans who kept chiming in about their victory last year. They won't let it go.

How many games did John Edwards lose?

The GRIZ, a quarter century of total football dominance over the cats.

I predict that the CATS will win by 10.

Could be a long day if both teams throw the rock 50 times today.
