Again I think it's certain staffer's rather than Burns, but he should know better and surround himself with better people. Burns wont have charges against him but I'm not so sure about some former staff. The Vanity Fair article is 9 pages long and has one paragraph on Burns, but OOH what a paragraph.

Subscribing to Roll Call runs about $260/yr. I guess I won't be doing that for this one article.
