Everyone should watch this. Rider's take on the transfer portal is great, and Colter is in lockstep with him. Oregon game breakdown is really good (realistic) too. Must see!

MSU - 16 team National Champions (most recent 2024); 57 individual National Champions (most recent 2023).

On the portal conversation I think we're safe as far as Montana guys go right up until Vigen leaves. Then I could see guys like Taco and Adam go with him if the money significant. It's one thing to jump at the money and another thing to jump at a chance to go to the FBS with your coach. A lot of players would probably consider that loyalty of a different kind. Outside of a coaching change though, even after Vigen, I think guys will come here and stay here.

Eastwood, did not make it. Ball out! Recovered, by Montana State!! The Bobcats hold!!! The Bobcats hold!!!

Makes it more likely, but I don't think it's probable.

Speaking of transfers. I just looked at the Cal depth chart and Hamper the WR from Idaho is starting. He's the WR who ran into his own OL vs MSU in the playoffs and fumbled the ball away, then he got up and started chewing the OL out. It was probably a knee jerk thing but still.

Dru Polidore is a backup safety. Polidore will probably rotate in quite a bit, but it's like Colter said about Ifanse, do you want to run for 1,800 yards in a season and 185 yards vs the Griz or 400 yards and 4 TDs as a third stringer for Cal?
