Hooray for arena ball! Or maybe he can latch on with a team like the Great Falls Gladiators, if they are still even around.

Vick will be drafted - maybe not first round today. It depends on what happens between now and his scouting workouts. Believe this, if he can just equal the ability of Mike Vick, he'll be drafted in round 1 or 2. He will sell tickets. Common thought says that he can make more NFL throws that Mike. I just got that from the announcers who covered his last two games.
I would not draft him, though, if I were an owner or GM who was totally committed to championships. Obviously, Marcus has poor judgement - and I think that tells you all you need to know about his decision-making ability when faced under pressure in the NFL.
Montana State IS what "they" think Montana is.

After the gun incident, there is NO WAY a team is going to waste a 1st or 2nd round draft pick on Marcus Vick.
NFL QB is the highest-profile position in professional sports; no NFL GM is going to risk his job & future on the obvious piece of sh!t that is Marcus Vick. He may go late to some team looking to gamble on his athleticism, but again, every team's first 2 picks MUST produce solid players and no one can honestly ASSUME that MV will ever grow up and become one.

i don't think it will keep him from being drafted. the drama will cause people to buy tickets. I think the only time I can remember a "troubled" player not being drafted by a particular team was with the NE Pats. I believe it is the only NFL team owned by a woman. There was a great LB several years back from Nebraska that had raped a woman. The owner refused to employ a rapist, he was still drafted by another team.
Many NFL "stars" are criminals, or have participated in criminal behavior, they still sell tickets, therefore they still keep contracts. Sad comment on society today.

Just curious who you are talking about when you say "many" NFL stars are criminals.

Jamal Lewis had his run in, and "allegedly" Ray Lewis stabbed a guy (seeing a trend with the dirty Ravens) Moss has had his run-ins and there are others like Phillips that have since left the league, but I'm with you when I can't really pinpoint many others who have been labeled as criminals. Tom Brady is a douchebag, but I don't think that makes him a criminal
I guess there have been a few cowboys (Irvin and I can't remember the big offensive lineman who had a buttload of weed) but they were both busted AFTER their careers were over.

That was the worst meltdown I have ever had watching a football game on TV. My poor wife thought I had a nervous breakdown as I fell out of my chair and punched the floor a few times after Coleman made his bogus reversal.
