Surprising they haven't had a full team practice in there yet. Or at least they haven't posted about it

I'm with you on that! I would like to see them practice in there long before they actually need to. It is likely that their first couple of practices in there will show them a few little things that they need to do differently than when they practice on the outside practice fields or stadium turf. Real football is played outdoors!
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

There are probably some things that will need to be added like play clocks at both ends and other items like tackling dummy’s and other equipment needed for drills I would imagine. I believe there is space for storage.
