These guys now know that we can indeed play with these guys. But they have to BELIEVE that they can win, I hope they do.

I liked the tactics Dan Hawkins used to emphasize that point to his Boise State players (not that it is working too well, but I liked his point). If any of you didn't catch it, he showed them video of the scene from Star Wars where Yoda lifts the jet out of the swamp. Luke says something like, "but you're so small..." and Yoda replies, "there is no try. Do or do not. Size matters not." Or something like that. Good article to read.
