Lol okay.
 my thoughts exactly. Can’t teach a old dog new tricks. He is as phony as they come.
Phony in what way?
Sanders sold Colorado on making the program relevant, which he was able to do because of his playing success and personality. He has not been able to recruit or develop OL or DL to actually make the team successful. First year win first game against a bad team who happened to make playoffs prior year, all we read or saw was about CO. They were not good. 2nd year 2 players get headlines so they still got press, a little better team but still not good. This year, not good again, no big time players much less coverage. Next year $27 million deficit. So much for the hype train.
100% He instills the "look at me" culture. Blech.

Helping athletes become great young men. He consistently puts his players before himself and teaches them lessons bigger than sports. Not to mention he is currently in the process of rebuilding what was one of the worst programs in the country, things like that take time.

Proud of you for being so close to that program to see those things. With portal it shouldn't take 3 years to turn a program around. If he was trying thru HS recruits yes, bit that isn't his MO

Question: When the player exodus begins would we want any of them? Have to question their decision making skills if they signed there in the first place in the last 12 months (including yesterday).

Did anybody else see the video of the old Griz and his wife cussing out some MSU kids in the stands? It was an epic meltdown
Ooooo, post that one, I'd like to see it. Probably the Old gris that likes to troll here on BN.
It was an epic melt down! I’ll see if I can find it again.
I tried posting the link but it/i failed. It’s posted on the Barstool MSU Instagram page. It’s the first post there. Barstoolmontanast is the instagram handle name.
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DRyMq5Ng ... BiNWFlZA==
Wow....Looking at the comments, apparently the lady is the former Superintendent of Great Falls Public Schools and the guy is a bank exec in Fairfield.
Before this gets made into too much i see one comment says that but another refutes that. I have never met Tammy before but she is friends with my mom on facebook. Looking at the picture I don't think it is her. Its a blond but I don't think its her.
Thanks for posting this because I had the same thought. Let's not start identifying people by name without anything more than an Instagram comment as "proof". I don't know what the Cat/Griz game did to people both here and on eGriz but this is ****** embarrassing to be a part of right now. I should just stick to the basketball forum I guess.
It is Tammy and her man.
Oh? You know her? You live in the middle east right?
Yes…to both!

They signed a lot of kids yesterday too.
If Jackson Presley decommits do we take him back?
I would have no problem with it. If the coaches deem it a helpful addition and it works out, I’d love to have a talent like that back in Bozeman. He’s 18 trying to navigate a genuinely insane college sports era, I really don’t hold anything against him. And if we’re the ones that welcome him back after the roller coaster he’s been through, I imagine it would show him what loyalty can really mean, and that could go both ways.

First and goal, clock winding down. That's Humphrey! It's TOUCHDOWN MONTANA STATE!
