Why did the Cats play SDSU so close and get destroyed so bad by the gris? Watching this game it makes no sense at all.

Mellot had a poor passing game against the Griz. Griz O had the hot hand in the passing game and Def was able to limit Cats run game.

Yep. Everyone that follows the FCS closely knew the only way Griz can keep this thing close is to get the lucky bounces. So far they are. We'll see if that balances out on the 2nd half. If SDSU gets a couple TOs they will run away with this thing.
