NDSU's Klieman to K-State

Post by luckyirishguy25 » Sat Dec 08, 2018 10:04 am

Big rumors flying around the midwest that K-State will announce Chris Klieman as their new HC tomorrow.

K-State fans are pissed and think they can do better than Klieman, even though Klieman has owned K-State at NDSU.

K-State's fans must be as delusional as dUMb fans.

Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14.

They used to be good. It’s all they have.

I believe the reason the Kansas State fans may be upset is because K-State’s top candidate, North Texas Coach Seth Littrell, decided to remain at North Texas.

I would say it is a great opportunity for him. What more can he accomplish at NDSU? It would be one of the better jobs in the Midwest area, I would think. Snyder ran a solid program and will leave a solid program.

They want a sexier name-Kansas got Les Miles. That worries K-State fans.

And NDSU head coaches haven't exactly set the world on fire at other places in the past. Hmmmm-I wonder if we can come up with an example?

Quit picking on former Griz coaches, they will need safe spaces.

And what couches are we talking about? You make it sound like there are so many that moved up and flopped. I'll give you Bohl. Udub hasn't been that great under him. But who else? Or are we going to go back to Earle Solmonson?

Sending a shout out to Coach Snyder. He literally worked miracles at Kansas State. The program was abismal before he came on board, became a national power under his leadership, regressed dramatically when he retired the first time and was revived when he came back. He is an outstanding football coach.

Push back on Chris Klieman from KSU Alumni and fans. Feel that a lowly FCS coach isn't the way to go. Several FBS coaches still in the running.

Well I’m no expert but my favorite couch has always been made by Flexsteel. Lazy Boy is known for their recliners but I hear they make a decent couch as well. Although I believe my grandparents use to call it a Davenport but things change

If Klieman goes to Kansas St. I would think Choate will throw his hat in the ring; I'm not sure he'll get the job, but he'll have an interview.

I knew he would not be successful when he announced we were going to run the wishbone/option.......and the whole world was going to pro offenses.....few/no high schools were running option anymore....had no idea where he was going to find players to fit. Turns out he couldn't...
