Home back on the market

Post by RickRund » Wed Apr 26, 2017 10:44 am

Put it back on the market two weeks ago this Friday. Have had one looker. Hopefully when we begin getting sunshine again on a consistent basis people will start getting out more. If it sells soon enough we can be settled in a new home and might be able to make the wsu game.
We have dropped the price a little but will take a reasonable offer just to be able to get out...

Since the prices are going so crazy in Reno/Sparks and in the Truckee area we are figuring there will be several coming this way. There is one fellow from Truckee on Sunday.

Waiting on an offer from last week. And it was shown yesterday and today. So, more waiting.

No, still waiting on an offer. The house was built in about "75" and just has 1 bath and a separate vanity so that is one problem probably. But with almost 1/2 acre fully fenced, 2 decks, a patio with a spot for a firepit (taking my BOBCAT firepit with us), propane piped to the one deck, raised garden beds, rv parking with dump site, landscaped with sprinklers, etc... we thought it would be snatched up fast.
So, just waiting...

We've moved around a lot, it's never fun selling a house! And some of the expectations and comments can be maddening!

Good luck finding the right buyer.
