I wonder if it's close enough that MSU will take any action. I know Bozeman High had to change their logo after Iowa threatened action. I still have a bit of Bozeman "Hawkeye" gear from my time spent coaching there. That was back in around 98-99 when Iowa pulled the plug on it, I think.

I think there was a thread on here some time ago concerning the old Cat head logo, and all the schools with the same/similar one then too.
