I've gotten to know JJ over the past few years and really like him and the direction he was taking the program. Best of luck to everything he does.

Lot's of turnover in this program over the past 5-10 years. How many head coaches will this make?

Agree. I hate to lose him. I think he was doing a very good job of building a sustainable program.
