Gut punched, You're joking, correct? Since when does battle receive 1 set of rules and everyone else have another. He was allowed 1 transfer which he received, could of had another if he would have graduated, he didn't. We are a country of rules and laws, follow them.

Courts will soon rule permanently that artificial NCAA restrictions on player movement without a CBA are illegal, so this judge is allowing the NCAA is to get ahead of it by allowing Battle to play instead of sue the NCAA for lost income damages.l, which he should do.

I know. It’s kind of sad there is even a question of him possibly having to be dishonest with his reason for transferring because of arcane NCAA rules where apparently the bureaucrats at the NCAA decide who has a legitimate mental health issue for transferring and who does not based on zero defined criteria.

After reading that word salad full of mental instability and victimhood I'm not disappointed that his waiver was denied.

I’m just glad that we have a bunch of rich administrators at the NCAA deciding from afar and without expert interviews which players have real mental health issues and which don’t.

Only the NCAA can question a person’s mental health and say they’re lying and still have some people to support them, it appears. Yay bureaucracy!

This question is likely asked in jest but with the complete free-for-all the Transfer Portal is right now it's still a valid question. The answer is no, the portal entry windows will still remain in place that wouldn't allow a player to transfer mid-season.
