Show great character and resilience after tough loss to Portland State.

We trailed at half time and really turned the tables in the second half. Squires rebounded from a really bad game at PSU with a double-double and also 7 assists. Sounds like Lundberg was a real handful again. So like the men, our team is 3-1 to start the league, which is probably about what was expected. Idaho is next-the Vandals will be really tough.

Tori Martell didn't show up in the box score of either the PSU or Sac games. Anybody know what's up? Injury? Illness?

We were talking about that later...over a beverage after boys game. No one in our group knew why Tori didn't play. Since we were at boys game we didn't follow online so does anyone know if she even traveled with the team?

I heard this morning that Tori was in concussion protocol and did not travel with the team. Haven't confirmed that yet but will know more tomorrow.

That make sense. I saw her rubbing her noggin pretty good during the NAU game-and she really didn't look right. I didn't see what caused it. She sat most of that second half. At the time I figured it was a coach's decision because we were going pretty well with some other players.

Confirmed that Tori received medical clearance to resume practice this morning and will be back with the team this week. Van Sickle still slow to get back to speed.

What is Ashley's injury anyway?

Camden is playing well in relief, but we need our veteran point guard back down the stretch.

We have a veteran point guard?

Doesn't Ashley play the point if she's healthy? I thought that was the plan anyway.

In terms of handling the ball, Wright isn’t doing a bad job. She can’t shoot right now, but I believe it’s due to her bad knee being weak. She misses a ton of bunnies. I have to believe that Binford is all over this and will put the best player on the floor. This team has so much potential but might end up being .500 this season. I hate all the 3 pt shots, but I guess that’s where the game is going. I’d like to get more shots to the 5’s to open up the 3 point shot, but we seem to be more run and gun. Lundberg is our best player by far, but I think we might be relying on her too much. One thing we can do is rebound!
