MBB vs Sac State
If Justin Strings hits his first couple of shots, may as well go home and watch something else, because we ain't winning.
Strings has historically torched us. We have nobody who can guard him.

This is where Quinton Everrett really came in handy. Watching him get Wiley from EWU off his game last year was great. I'm hopeful that Klines can potentially be used in a similar way tonight.

MBB vs Sac State
At 7:07 p.m. PlutoTV from MSU just has a black screen for me.
Edit: Their channel guide shows the game starting at 7:15.
Edit: watchbigsky.com says "PLAYBACK ERROR — COULD NOT PLAY THE CONTENT".

Anyone getting this error? "Playback Stream Error"..."This Video isn't encoded for your device"?
I'd say its on my end, but I can stream the other big sky games....seems weird.

Can't make up my mind as to which is better - 55-21 or 48-14.

Yeah I'm getting the same thing and can watch every other BSC game that is available on watch big sky.
Maybe when the Bobcat women's game starts I'll just watch it anyway.

I'll try the women's game when it comes on, too. Cats up 31 - 20. 4+minutes left in first half.Joe Bobcat wrote:Yeah I'm getting the same thing and can watch every other BSC game that is available on watch big sky.

Re: MBB vs Sac State
Just decided to try it at halftime and it's working. Hopefully the second half will look as good as the last few minutes of the first half sounded.

Good half. Cats 45 - 29. Hall has 17 and H. Frey 10. Hope they come back and play another good half.

I got a little worried when Sac State closed to within 4 right after the half, but Cats get 'er done. Hope they can get and keep some momentum now.

Re: MBB vs Sac State
We really needed that. Beating a 6 win Sac State team at home doesn't necessarily mean we're all better now, but Tyler Hall looked a lot better tonight. He was animated, had some energy, scored at the rim and from deep, got to the line, and set up his teammates on some nice passes. He also played good defense and rebounded. Zach Green had his best game of the season. He shot well and even hit a 3 and was fouled for the 4 point play. The first half was really good, or really bad if you're for Sac State. Then we almost blew a 16 point lead as they got it to 4. Then we got some stops, hit some shots, and got it stretched out to about 20.
Concerns. It was reported in the pre-game show that Harald Frey was sick this week, and Lassi Nikkarinen was sick as well. Fish sat Harald the last 4 minutes as his shot was coming up way short, and let Tyler play the point. Lassi wasn't there. So this team is still battling players being sick.

Yes a good win. All wins are good at this point. I was worried about a second half collapse again but they finally responded and pulled it out! ! It was good to see.BelgradeBobcat wrote:We really needed that. Beating a 6 win Sac State team at home doesn't necessarily mean we're all better now, but Tyler Hall looked a lot better tonight. I thought Keljen was a bit under the weather earlier in the week also?? So it was good to see Harald and Keljen both out there.
