have the nation's leading rebounder, who can also flat-out shoot threes.

Need to get those two in foul trouble.

Yes, the margins are discouraging when comparing scores, but there is a history for a #14 seed beating
a number 3 seed. Things need to go our way, like our shooters need to come out hot, and UW needs to come
out cold. It is a great experience for the team. Go Cats!
Agreed....get Plum in early foul trouble and play good fundamental basketball....see what happens...great opportunity on the big stage...Go CATS!!

For those of us back on the bandwagon ( ), the Lady Cats won more games this season than ever before. Record to-date is 25-6. They were 13-0 at home and 4-0 at a neutral site. An amazing season!! Still, Washington is a huge order. They are #12 in the nation, number 6 in avg ppg at 84.8, can put a team on the floor with everyone between 5'10 and 6'4 inches tall. They are physical, fast and talented. They are on a mission to win it all.
The Lady Cats are 1-13 all-time vs. Washington and lost their last meeting 60-83 back in 2013. But clearly this is not a Bobcat team heading to Seattle to make an appearance, they are going there to WIN!
GO CATS!

I was talking to a young lady who played for the Cats in the 90s about the formidable task we face, going
up against the leading scorer in D-1 and the leading rebounder in D-1. I told her that realistically, we don't
stand a chance. But I loved her response: "Do you know what it means to those young women to go into
a venue like the Big Dance and play against players, two of whom will in all likelihood be future WNBA stars?"

It helped bring things into perspective. What an honor and achievement for our MSU Lady Bobcats. I am
so proud of them and wish them the best as they go up against one of the very best women's teams in
America. Go Cats!

Hey those going to the game, I've lived in Seattle for 25 years so if you need advice on how to get to the game let me know, personally I'd recommend the light rail if your staying in Seattle it drops off right by the arena

15 seed Long Beach State had two shots to win it against 2 seed Oregon State. OSU escapes with a 1 point win on their home court. The contrast in size between the two teams was night and day. OSU is huge, LBSU is little. It almost didn't matter. Our Bobcats are small-even for a Big Sky team-but I believe they're going to give it a heck of a try. I say let 'er fly and if ours go in, and theirs don't, we've got a chance.

The ESPN2 coverage sounds like whip-around coverage of several games that start with slightly staggered times.

The WatchESPN app shows that the game will be streamed on ESPN3. My best guess is to pick up the internet stream if you want to see the entire game. You do have to be an ESPN cable subscriber to access ESPN3.

I was going to get some tickets and go support the Bobcat Womens team, but I think i'll have to do it from home... There's only 10 tickets left at 125 bucks a pop!

That arena is surprisingly small given the size and stature of the school and being in a metro area of 3 million. It will be a fun atmosphere for the players.

From MSU on facebook.
An update on viewing portions for tonight's ESPN2 telecast.
As noted on the geographic map, only residents in Montana, northern Idaho and Washington will have the full game shown on the channel, with ESPN2 featuring whiparound coverage for a majority of the country.
However, every game of the NCAA Women's Basketball Championship is streamed on WatchESPN.com. Also, those outside the area but have access to DirecTV can watch the full game! Users will need to check their listings for the correct channel.
