In 1994, the first year the women's tournament expanded to 64 teams, UM won the auto bid and was a 7 seed while Boise State (with Tricia Binford) got an at-large bid as a 9 seed. UM also got a 9 seed in 1997. Since then no BSC team has been better than a 12 seed until this year.Bobcat4Ever wrote:Excellent! I wonder if that's the highest ever for the Big Sky?
