In my opinion playing a nationally ranked Davis at this point couldn't have worked out any better for the Cats. This could really help how the Cats are viewed nationally and in the polls. If you beat a good Davis team it should show last weekend was a fluke. If you lose at home, then the first weekend was probably a fluke in the eyes of the voters and I think you'll already be on the outside looking in with an almost impossible hill to climb. Either way this weekend will really help or really hurt the Cats in the polls. At least your destiny is in your own hands and you don't have to rely on other teams to lose like in the crappy BCS system.
