If I've learned anything over the years (especially living in Griz country) it's that neither school has the right to claim the other one is classless.
I will, however, say that the arrogance of Griz fans is pretty irritating. If that's what the OP was referencing, I'll support that.

I've said it before and I'll say it again until you learn. You have to show the defending 2001 National Champions the proper respect.luckyirishguy25 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2019 4:14 pmThey also think they've already won the National Championship.bobcat99 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2019 3:39 pmBoth paragraphs are correct, but the 2nd one really hits home. How the Big Sky Podcast Network voted:
https://tubsattheclub.com/2019/10/01/bi ... week-five/
The Fine Wines
One week into the conference schedule our top three have separated, two early season favorites look at home in the middle, but the bottom is more or less still the bottom. As always, positions are dictated by Big Sky Podcast Network contributor votes, then compiled and written by Brian Marceau.
1. Weber State
Record: 2-2 (0-0 Big Sky)
Last Week: Win vs. Northern Iowa (29-17)
This Week: at Idaho
Key Stat: After scoring three touchdowns and two field goals on their first five drives (and forcing two Northern Iowa turnovers), Weber State did not put together a single drive longer than nine yards.
2. Montana
Record: 4-1 (1-0 Big Sky)
Last Week: Win at UC Davis (45-20)
This Week: vs. Idaho State
Key Stat: Montana gained more yards (528) against UC Davis than either North Dakota State (354) or Pac-12 opponent Cal (471). The Grizzlies’ offensive balance was almost 50-50 (268 yards passing, 260 yards rushing).
3. Montana State
Record: 4-1 (1-0 Big Sky)
Last Week: Win vs. Northern Arizona (49-31)
This Week: at Cal Poly
Key Stat: After trailing 28-14 at the half, Montana State allowed Northern Arizona two total second half drives of more than 11 yards. Those two drives resulted in a punt and an interception.
The Craft Beers
4. UC Davis
Record: 2-3 (0-1 Big Sky)
Last Week: Loss vs. Montana (45-20)
This Week: at North Dakota
Key Stat: UC Davis gained fewer yards against Montana (351 yards) than against North Dakota State (422 yards), but did find parity in turnovers (three in each game). The Aggies have three games (at North Dakota, vs. Cal Poly, and at Southern Utah) to get their season back in order before hosting Weber State in late October.
5. Eastern Washington
Record: 2-3 (1-0 Big Sky)
Last Week: Win vs. North Dakota (35-20)
This Week: at Sacramento State
Key Stat: Forcing six North Dakota turnovers kept EWU from the kind of 28-10 second half collapse at Jacksonville State or the 28-0 first half no-show performance at Idaho that’s plagued the Eagles in 2019.

Re: Big Sky power poll
I don't have any real issues with these polls. Except I don't think Davis is very good but I guess time will tell on that. I'm on the fence with EWU but I guess history just has me having a hard time putting them behind Davis.
I guess it's why I might not be giving UM the respect everyone else is. I don't think they have played anyone tough yet but I'll admit davis might be better than I'm giving them credit.
Weber seems legit.

When the Cats win the Brawl this year, Böbbæ will have a lifetime record against the Cats of 5-4, and 0-2 against Choate. The last jizz coach to lose two in a row to us was fired.FTG247365 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 2:58 pmThe red carpet has been rolled out for Booby.coloradocat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2019 5:00 pmI've said it before and I'll say it again until you learn. That's true. Re: Big Sky power poll
I know. I don’t get too caught up in the single game comparisons. They might be better than I think. But playing a great team tough and still losing one time doesn’t sell me. They also almost lost to a crappy team.mslacatfan wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 3:19 pmUc Davis had a chance at beating ndsu, in Fargo.... they are a good team for sure.
I never think any of these comparisons start to matter until November personally.

This probably wasn't supposed to be released until after Cat-griz 2019, but I see a bright future for Mr. Booby. .91catAlum wrote: ↑Wed Oct 02, 2019 3:26 pmThat's true.
