I got through on customer service. The dude on the other line basically said IDK bro, we’ll look into it. Not getting my hopes up...

I tried as well. Got the same. Everyone on here should call and maybe they’ll figure out that we have a lot of people in this state.

Talked to the ESPN+ customer service. Complete joke. The guy asked me if it was an NFL game. Wanted me to restart and re-install the app. I explained that the other games are broadcasting and this is not a software issue on my side. It is a broadcast issue from the game. After 15 minutes of talking to the guy and getting him to understand the problem, he tells me that the game is already over! That is why it is not broadcasting! I told him that I am listening to the game on the radio right now and he puts me on hold. Comes back 5 minutes later and tells me that the game is over! I finally said please let me talk to a supervisor. He then tells me that no supervisors are working today!! WTF?? I asked if I could talk to another rep and told me that I have to call back in which means another wait to talk to a rep. What a joke.

I would not be surprised of one of the two are true: 1. ESPN never sent a crew or 2. The broadcast crew is not even aware that they are not streaming.

I asked for a refund and was told that A)we cant refund and B)you’ll be able to rewatch on their App. Exactly how in the F do I get to watch what was never Fn aired!?
