I am so happy and proud that MSU added this role. Regardless of goal (Body Building, Powerlifting, dieting, sports) 75% of your goal is accomplished in the kitchen and only 25% is accomplished in the gym. WIlcox is a GREAT trainer but without the proper fuel (nutrition) not much happens. College kids (even athletes) are not great at keeping their diet precise. This addition has more to do with the weight and strength gains made by the team then anything else. Great job to the administration!!!
