If you don’t want ticket prices to go up, then you best hope we suck and we never upgrade our stadium. That’s what happens when teams get good and you want to upgrade your facilities. Or we could have a Dennny, but unfortunately we don’t.
Well that's not fair. I want an elite program with elite players and coaches. I want national championships. I want new uniforms every single game. And I want an fcs stadium that only rivals our fbs brethren like Oregon and Michigan. But my goddamn ticket prices better NEVER go up!!!!
Someone needs to walk over to Oracle and tell them to put up or move.....

1) Dennis was our 2 mill anonymous donor
2) Don't preach to me about good teams
3) Where's my beer?
4) Not in the club @ 257
5) I have supported MSU
6) Where were you, when I couldn't gave away tickets in section 104?
7) Times change. But 600 per seat? 257 for club access?
8) R Bar pays 30,000 for a box
9) I know what's paid. How about you?

I highly doubt it. But no way to know for sure, that's what anonymous means.

For you not in the know. Dennis went to school at MSU. He has given large amounts in the past. 60's cat has no clue.

When did Washington go to MSU?

It was only for a quarter. But it's the only college time he did. He also worked for my dad on a earth dam in Washington, before he went out on is own. Garth Sime also worked on that same job. They both ran bull dozers.

For those not in the know, when someone gives a donation anonymously they usually do so because they wish their name to not be disclosed.
Regardless of whether he is right or wrong Phat has shown a sad lack of tact.
For someone who claims to know so much, he obviously understands so little.

Well then it is time for them to make Bobcat Stadium bigger and better and have the first retractable roof in collage football.
Yes I am a dreamer.

I had heard that Washington spent a quarter in Missoula, but I cannot find that online. I highly doubt he spent any time at MSU. He wrote this personal bio for Forbes magazine and it states he left for Alaska one day after finishing high school.

Hi Bethany - you mentioned that the stadium club access is $257 each at the $900 level. As BC contribution is now per seat instead of section, does that mean as soon a I hit the $900 contribution level for BC, I am eligible to purchase stadium club access for all those seats? I have two seats in 104 and six seats in 106. Thanks!

I'm not complaining about ticket prices, but you say prices have to go up so we can get bigger and better things. Ticket revenues might go toward paying down previous debt on stadium work. The club area got renovated last year, but for the other 17,000 of us on game day, I fail to see the improvements. My seats still have rust holes on the stair paths up to them. Its paying maintenance and debt service, but we're not building anything off ticket revenues.

My first year as a season ticket holder was 1999. I got 2 tickets in 104 (on the 50 yard line) for $99 per seat and no required booster fee. Ths same seats in 2012 were $2450 ($1225 ea) (tickets plus booster fee). Winning programs cost a lot more even without stadium modifications. You get the money when the getting is good.

I actually called the ticket office in the summer of 99 and asked for 2 Cat/griz tickets. When she said that will be $99 per seat I told her that seems a little high for one game. She said no sir, that is for all 6 home games. To which I said, that seems pretty inexpensive for 6 games. I took the season tickets having no plan how I was going to use them (lived in Minneapolis). Been a season ticket every since minus 2 seasons.

In reality the only thing we contribute to the program is money. Our opinions are garbage(as proven over and over on this site) and everything else someone may do for the program has minimal impact on the on field product. Money is what we contribute that has meaning so, if you love the Cats stop being a cheapskate and do your part.

If you aren’t spending atleast 25% of your yearly income on MSU then you might as well become a griz fan.
