If I recall from the last Hero award Ifanse won, you can vote once per hour.

Also, you should be able to vote on every different device you use: phones, tablets, laptops, work computers, etc.

I don't know how Hero Sports figured this out, but I just voted on my work puter and then tried to vote on my phone and it said my vote had already been counted.
