Proud of this team

Playoffs, no playoffs i don't care. Way to finish Boys! That was an epic game.
It’s looking good so far. I know there are a few games to watch for but I think the two biggest are IDST/Weber and UND/NAU. Both games are going our way right now.GoldstoneCat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 4:37 pmGreat job, and I admit, i thought we were cooked at 22-0. Great job fellas. Now let's see what happens the rest of the day.
I had to watch the game with 8 shrieking 10 year old Griz fans. I already decided Monday was a day off

We battled through so much adversity and we still come out of the season with a a 7-4 record (so far!), a win against the Griz for the start of our very own winning streak, and right on the cusp of potentially going to the playoffs! All that with losing our presumptive starting QB, a 4* transfer QB brought in to replace him breaks his foot and can't practice in the spring, another QB that was reportedly set to start for the Idaho game breaks HIS foot, two of our top linebackers out for most, if not the whole year (Hill, Kanow, Chapman) and other internal strife that the team had to deal with that we'll never even know about! This team battled so hard and I am so proud to be Bobcat fan! Choate has a believer in me! I question some of his QB choices at times, but he gets ****** done!
Bobcat born, Bobcat bred, I'll be a Bobcat till the day I'm dead!!
I felt like we would mount a second half comeback, but I wasn't sure if our offense could pull it off. I'm on cloud nine right now. This team is as tough as they come.GoldstoneCat wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 4:37 pmGreat job, and I admit, i thought we were cooked at 22-0. Great job fellas. Ditto. Choate has brought a different mindset. Past teams played not to lose he had his team playing to win! This has been and up and down year but I can't say we haven't won the games I thought we would except ISU. Still I figured we would be 7-4. We are making progress. Congratulations to the team. We didn't waver after a slow start on offense and defense.Cataholic wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 5:26 pmI was attending MSU when the streak started. In the past, I always felt like we would find a way to lose. Despite being a CATAHOLIC, it could have been Brian Ah Yat throwing a bomb or us being ranked number one in the country, I always had a nagging feeling that we would come up short. Today, with our backs against the wall, seconds left and the Griz still have a timeout, I just felt like we would FIND A WAY TO WIN! Our culture has changed Bobcat fans! We are going to be good for a long time!!!
I used to agree with you, but I don't today. We adjusted in the second half to throw it, and the pounding of our run game, even when it was ineffective, wore them down. I've never been a choate guy either, go check my history, but his teams play hard for him.BLACKnBLUEnGOLD wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 5:33 pmI'm very proud of the players, but Choate can go to hell. Coming out with this half-a-dimensional offense against good defenses, getting held scoreless in multiple quarters, and not opening up the playbook until things get out of hand has been a losing formula all season long. Choate just got ****** that the players executed over and over again after he dug them a giant hole and put them in a position to fail.
I'm sick of him trying to hammer a square peg into a round hole over and over again. Just because it went in this one time doesn't make it smart.
Great job by the players, executing over and over again when the team was in a giant hole after the coach had put them in position to fail!
I will officially go on record to say you are f-ing idiot. Seriously, one of the greatest wins of all time and you are negative nelly. Go find another team to follow. If you have been following this team at all, you would understand that we have had some very bad luck at QB at to end up at 7-4 is an incredible feat.BLACKnBLUEnGOLD wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 5:33 pmI'm very proud of the players, but Choate can go to hell. Come back tomorrow. We don't need you around here today.BLACKnBLUEnGOLD wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 5:33 pmI'm very proud of the players, but Choate can go to hell.
