I would guess it is Williams as he posted this on his Instagram page, Hawks86 posted this in the Recruiting Page.

And he's a former high school quarterback. He fits Choate perfectly.

With graduation of Tyrone, Yates and Wright he would be a very welcome addition to that D-line room! A little wary of people who leave midseason, but I trust Choate’s judgement. Possibility of two PAC 12 transfers bookending our defensive line next year? Yes please!!

I was just seeing that he’s a possible D-line guy now on the recruiting thread. The first google search I did on him said OLB. So I thats what I was going off of.

If he’s really a Buck end, that’s interesting. Of course you can’t ever have enough pass rushers and I’ll take him in a heartbeat, but with Sterk, Finch and Sparaco all returning at that position next year, I wonder if he does see time at LB.
