College football is an early indicator of politics and ultimately, economics. This belongs in the football thread if Montana is ever going to be relevant on the national scale again. We can only hope one day we are going to catch up with North Dakota or Wyoming. Ruminate on that: North Dakota AND Wyoming left our sorry asses in Helena behind how many years ago?

Agreed. Politics & football are linked, although many avoid talking about it. Tester's days in Washington are over (unless his campaign can pull off the mass voting fraud maneuver), just like the griz's glory days are over. Rosendale MT Senate 2018.

And yes, we do have a lot to learn from WYO & ND. But I'm not sure we'll ever get there. Too many western MT libtards & west coast transplants inside our state borders nowadays.

Made it through 10 minutes. Senator Tester is a great guy and certainly a home grown politician. Even if you don’t align with him politically, hard to deny that he is obviously a very good man. Agree that this belongs in a different section. I like him but don’t care much about his thoughts on sports.

So he leads the primary.....

That doesn't mean he's going to win against Tester. I'll lay a bet down right here right now Tester wins.

You got it, bud. Let's publicly do this then.

Jon Tester is certified POS and a disgrace to the state of Montana.

Totally agree. Hell even his own county thinks that about him. He is a through and through puppet head.

Why don't you knuckle heads quit this political BS. If you want to have these kind of political debates, take it to the lounge. Do the rest of us a favor and keep your politics off the Bobcat Football board.
Thank You!

I agree. I tried it once and not received too well. Now agree politics must not come between Bobcats.

How dare anyone talk politics at all, especially in the wrong forum (cry baby emoji)

You are not allow to talk about a Montana farmer who got elected to the senate and is now a millionaire

Where are the moderators when you need them? I apologize, I'm having a millennial melt down (cry baby emoji)

I’m very political and I don’t think Bobcat Football should be sullied by politics or polititians ~ it’s above and beyond
the world and views of politics.

So when should I expect a Greg Gianforte interview to appear? He too is up for re-election this year.

Is he granting interviews?

I don't think so. I think he's having wrestling matches instead.

I think you are on to something. Instead of endless commercials we have a series of wrestling matches. It's a shame we don't have Cato Butler to do the play by play.
