We will cut whoever loses the competition to remain on the team. Trust the coaches.
While registering my vehicles the assessor stated "I have had both Cat and Griz students and alums work for me and the Griz end up working under the direction of the Cats."

Possibly no one because he's a walk-on.

The way he moves reminds me of Brayden Konkol in High schoolVimSince03 wrote: ↑Sat Apr 27, 2019 8:28 amPossibly no one because he's a walk-on.

Possible. We are one of the best options of the 400+ options. And he retweeted Kane's hire by Choate. Currently#2 on UW charts and some speculation he may follow Kane and Choate for one year old. Had injuries..

Do we go after another redshirt freshman QB? Colson Yankoff from Coeur d'Alene is looking to transfer from UW. According to the recruiting site 247 Sports, the 6-foot-4, 210-pound Yankoff was ranked nationally as the No. 5 dual-threat quarterback and No. 119 as an overall prospect in the 2018 class.

That's a really good question, I think a lot of it depends on Murray. If Murray is a no go, I think we definitely bring in another guy to compete. If Murray can play then i'd say it's up in the air. It would be good to have that competition, but do we have the scholarship money to spend on another QB.Long Time Cat wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2019 9:36 amDo we go after another redshirt freshman QB? The other factor is that we haven't had great luck with high profile transfer QB's. Travis has been an awesome addition to the team, and I think he could have an Elvis Akpla type of year at WR, but obviously he didn't pan out at QB.

Does Murray get his scholarship back if he's good to go this fall?

Even UW is mixed over the QB's leaving. Some say Pete is a ****** show on offense choices, including who they have at 1&2 at QB. And Choate has had ****** luck right now at QB choices.wbtfg wrote: ↑Tue Apr 30, 2019 10:08 amThat's a really good question, I think a lot of it depends on Murray. The other kid transferring from Washington is a Cirmon. Pretty sure his brother played at UM. Wonder if he transfers there.

These are interesting additions. The last two really intrigue me as preferred walk ons. One is a coaches kid whose dad played in the NFL and he also gained numerous post season awards for his conference. The other had PAC 12 potential as a wrestler, was a state champ as wrestler and quarterback. AND WE GOT BOTH AS PREFERRED WALKONS. No way that could have happened 5 years ago!

Harlow's older brother played at Oregon State and is with the Falcons now.Cataholic wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2019 9:05 pmThese are interesting additions. This might be the best OL class MSU has ever signed. Especially for interior line.

Yes, both of those guys are puzzling in that they didn’t get picked up sooner. I suppose there are a lot of players that get lost in the shuffle in these highly populated states. Had there been a player from Montana who is the son of his coach, who is an ex-nfl player and who’s brother is currently in the nfl do you think he wouldn’t have been signed at either MSU or UM on Signing Day? Same for Knight, if he’s playing Class A ball in Montana and QBs his team to a state title to along with his size and wrestling ability he’s off the table (committed) well before Signing Day.bobcat99 wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2019 7:51 amHarlow's older brother played at Oregon State and is with the Falcons now.Cataholic wrote: ↑Wed May 01, 2019 9:05 pmThese are interesting additions. That’s actually starting Griz center Cy Sirmon’s cousin. He is staying at UW now. Would be an awesome QB addition if he decides to leave next year.

If he ends up throwing the ball for the Griz like his brother blocks, he’s gonna be good ...Grizaddict wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2019 7:47 pmThat’s actually starting Griz center Cy Sirmon’s cousin. He is staying at UW now. Would be an awesome QB addition if he decides to leave next year.
