Montana player flavor

Many of you long-timers are already aware I'm sure, but I was interested in the composition of the rosters of both the Bobcats and the Griz, and if my numbers are correct, I found 41 current players on the MSU roster to be from the great state of Montana, while across the way I saw 29 players on the Griz roster from the Treasure state. Interesting to me, if nothing else. Go Cats!

34 on the UM roster.

About an equal amount of Montanans on both rosters are key contributors for their respective teams.

That Montana Mint sure has a good website. This would be a good story for them.

In the past 6 years the eags are 5-1 vs the griz and 6-0 vs the Cats= 11-1 overall. Eastern Washington has 74 players on their roster from Washington. The Cats should go over there and get some of those.

A quick counts shows 25 total offers in WA. 6 committed elsewhere( 1 to EWU). We signed 1 in Bauman.
