It includes the Audience Network, which picks up Big Sky Football games on ROOT. You'll catch the Weber State game on 9/30 and the Portland State game on 10/7 with this free month. So basically a free, legit way to watch our next two ROOT games.

You can also watch the griz get stomped by Eastern on Saturday night on Audience. Last I saw, Eastern was favored by 10. Its been awhile since the griz were that much of a home underdog

If you waited to sign up, you might be able to catch the Cats game at Northern Colorado on Oct 21 on Audience as well.

Yes but these deals often disappear fairly quickly so there’s no guarantee it’ll still be available.

But you’re right if you sign up tomorrow you theoretically should catch that game too.

I'm a DirectvNow subscriber and can confirm that it has this Saturday's Root game listed on Audience channel. Had never realized that was the case so thanks for the heads up!

Yep, next weeks homecoming game against Weber is in the guide on Audience as well. This channel used to air the Cat griz games on Directv in the past, but now they pick up every Big Sky Conf game of the ROOT Sports schedule.

"The Audience Network, which airs all games in the Big Sky TV package, is channel 101 on DirecTV."

It is also channel 239 on DirecTV and streams on the standalone DirecTV Now service

Also of note there have been reports that sometime this fall (prior to the start of the NBA season in the articles I've read) ROOT sports supposedly will be added to one or more of the OTT streaming services with speculation that DirectvNow will likely get it due to the Directv/At&t merger and having the stake in ROOT now so signing up for DirectvNow MAY actually get you access to the full ROOT network soon.

I've heard the same. Would be really nice, Im wanting to watch the Vegas Golden Knights games! And Im sure there are plenty of Mariners fans missing their games on Directv Now as well, or maybe they care not to watch haha
