So I thought Dak Pru couldn't play football anymore because of blood clots?

He doesn't remind me of Nelson.

He absolutely reminds me of Nelson.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

He doesn't remind me of Nelson either. I think people are just saying that because he's white. He reminds me of DeAndre Hopkins, Michael Crabtree and Jordan Matthews. A lot of scouts say the same thing. Nelson is a lot faster than Kupp.

His closest white player comparison is Eric Decker. Actually they are almost the same player.

Who's almost the same player? Decker and Nelson? One is 6-3, 214, the other is 6-3, 217. One runs a 4.51, the other a 4.54.

Kupp is 6-2, 204 and runs a 4.62.

Decker and Kupp play the same as football players on the field. Don't blow you away with speed but they win at the line of scrimmage and are outstanding route runners. Jordy is more of a burner so I don't see a comparison to Kupp with him.

I think we all agreed months ago Kiper and Mcshay are idiots  I was just throwing the analysis out there. I would say Decker is a very good comparison. I think Kupp is better at being physical in the air though.

Not to be a downer, but I think Kupp gets taken in the 4th and JP gets taken in the 7th. Just my prediction
Top of the 3rd to the Rams.
He'll be their #1 receiver come gameday.
He wont make the team and if he does it will be at safety or CB

One comment I found interesting during the draft coverage came from NFL Network guys who stated that Washington and Colorado were loaded with secondary talent. I thought that was off hand plug for our coaching staff to locate talent the way we did from both those schools. Now, if we can only always get high character guys that drop down and not jail birds, we will be in good shape. We need more John Walkers and less Hales and Gardenheirs.

He absolutely reminds me of Nelson.
Jordy in his prime was an outside receiver who could also play slot.

Kupp is basically only a slot receiver.

They're not comparable, except they're both whitez

I don't know that's the first comparison I always thought of too, along with Larry F. Nelson isn't a burner, he does have good speed probably just a little bit better than Kupp. But both Nelson and Kupp make space, not with speed but with moves. They are both elite possession receivers IMO.
