Name your price! What will you pay? 8)
Maybe the University could have a carpet auction on the same day the kids get to watch a movie on the big screen. While all the kids are watching the movie the dads can be helping each other load up their newly acquired chunks.

FYI - Griz sold some of the 1st field that we had (back when we were good.......). Sold about 1/4 to 1/3 of it. The rest is a nightmare to get rid of. The crumbled tire is very, very heavy, and very difficult to get rid of. There are also a lot of bodily "fluids" on those fields that not everyone wants in their house....

I am sure the Cats will do it better though...

When we originally got the turf a few years back, I stopped by the stadium and picked up some cuttings from the new turf, and some sod from the old grass.
On the side of my house, I have the old grass growing, and the new turf next to it.
It's my Bobcat landscape!! :D

Now we can find out if the old rumor is true or not. It was rumored that one or more of the construction workers placed a griz gersey under the turf. If true, we need to hire a security firm during reconstruction.

Could be a curse... We've never beaten the griz on that turf. Get it out.

Who's got eyes on AG1? Although now that I think about it, his efforts to jinx the EWU field during that construction has lead to a whole bunch of losses for the grizz. Never mind.

I wouldn't worry to much about that salad eating fool.

......I've seen him.

He might be down building the wall anyway.

Anyone have any info on field design? I assume it'll keep the Cat head logo in some form midfield. Carry over the endzone designs to the new field? Plain "empty" endzones?

Field Turf has been recycling their turf:

I don't know how this might effect any turf sales to those of us that might like a chunk for our man-cave or patio.

So what you are telling me is that hopefully there will be a webcam set up soon so we can all sit and watch as our new turf gets installed?

Sure, just go to the Google maps satellite imagery and zoom in on the field. The change may be a little slow, but eventually you'll see the new turf. :D

HAHA!! That was actually pretty funny. Might, that might be the way to go to pass the time by this offseason.

Can someone post pictures of the old turf coming up and the new goes in? Those of us out of town would appreciate it.

I think that our eager anticipation to see the new turf being installed is the modern version of watching grass grow :)

MSU just put up a live stream for the turf installation. Nothing happening yet but one would assume work will begin soon.
