I'm very blessed to say that I've been offered by Montana State #GoCats
Also has an offer from Arkansas Pine-Bluff
I think Taufahema is definitely a DT they are trying to bring in this year. Cody Shear is from Sheldon High School, home of Mitchel Herbert.

Taufahema's Hudl looks pretty good, a big, nearly immovable bloke -- certainly an effective nose tackle who could play right away.

I'm no line coach, but one thing that jumped out at me, after his 320 lb frame and athletic ability, looks to be his hips are too high through the push, pad level looks high, and a lack of a violent punch. Yet no one on tape moves him around, even when he's doubled. But if he does have technique weaknesses, I have a feeling that Choate could correct them and if so, he's got a real high ceiling.

Choate mentored Danny Shelton (current Cleveland Browns defensive tackle and 2014 first round pick). I have full faith on his DT recruiting ability.

So I have a spreadsheet going that tracks every junior the coaches have started to follow on twitter. Following on twitter means they have interest in the kid (I have no way of knowing about offers unless the kid indeed says he has been offered). Personally, I don't follow recruits on twitter because that is just one step closer to a recruiting violation in my mind. I've already got the Montana kids pegged but eventually I will add the full list to the front of this page and update as those players sign here or elsewhere throughout the year. Usually the kids who receive offers this time of year are higher profile and rarely end up here but its still fun to see where they do end up next year.

The Montana State football program hosts its annual Junior Day program on April 2, open to high school football players entering their senior seasons in the fall of 2016.
Bobcat coaches host rising seniors interested in college football to provide information on the recruiting process and what to expect at the Division I level and in the Montana State University program. In addition to information, attendees have the opportunity to interact with the MSU coaching staff.
The Junior Day program begins at 1 pm, and is free.

Shear was offered by Arizona this week and is taking trips to Oregon, Oregon State, and UDub.

He has 10 FBS offers already now. Swing big but I doubt there is any way he ends up a Bobcat.

The MSU offer isn't even mentioned in this article.

Excited that I have just received an offer from Montana State!!! #GoCats
Shear was offered by Arizona this week and is taking trips to Oregon, Oregon State, and UDub.

He has 10 FBS offers already now. Swing big but I doubt there is any way he ends up a Bobcat.

The MSU offer isn't even mentioned in this article.

Again, usually the kids who receive offers this time of year are higher profile and rarely end up here. But each year coaches always offer these type of kids because...they can!

Messaged with him twice. He is certainly interested in Montana State. He is friends with Mitch Herbert and is interested in Montana State academically.

Thanks for the update! What a catch he would be and Sheldon is a nice pipeline school to cultivate.

This is good to know. Here is hoping he makes the smart move and ends up a BOBCAT...

Here's a scenario: He takes and FBS offer, and for whatever reason does not land as a starter but wishes he could play sooner than later...so, he thinks back to the great rapport he developed with MSU recruiting and puts in a call...and bingo! I know, long shot and.......... but.... ( you gotta make offers for you never know when they sprout)!

Yep. You miss 100% of the shots you do not take.

What is the difference between an Official visit and an Unofficial visit?

Unofficial visits are paid for by the student-athlete. Official visits are paid for by the college. Official are a bigger production too. More stuff planned.

https://twitter.com/BurnsvilleBlaze/status/716628053028315137 Most likely the top OL on the board. Has visited a lot of the MVC schools already. Will likely be getting bigger offers.
