Only problem I have is do the Big Sky officials know how to turn on a TV?

I don't think this will be a great fix for horrible officiating, but at least they'll get second looks at key plays.

Will they show replays on the big screen now?

If it's controversial I doubt it. Foolerton likes to tuck his tail and not be seen. Bad calls reflect on him so I doubt he'll change that any time but I could be wrong.

As per the thread title:
THANK GOD

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the griz blew a 22-0 lead.

yep...

"It's not a positive for an up-tempo offense," first-year Griz head coach Bob Stitt said. "You could have it going and they decide to review a play that really doesn't matter. Then the defense gets a big break.

"It's like another TV timeout. It'll drive ya crazy."

Even if Stitt doesn't like it, Stitt happens and the review is needed!!!

I always think of that game against EWU when Everett Gilbert made that leaping grab for a TD to win the game, but the refs said he was out of bounds (it looked like he was not though)......... those are definitely plays that determine the outcome of a game and should be able to be reviewed.

I had the exact same thought. Also the 2002 ISU game. Funny how both were away games. Will take away the "home field ref" advantage out of the equation to some degree...

Eric Curry STILL makes me sad.

2014 ISU game was another that the instant replay could have cleared things up too...
First thing you have to have are camera operators that can follow the ball.

That was about as close as any call I've ever seen. Even with replay I'm not sure what the correct call would've been. It looked like it was in but I would've hated to be the ref making that call.

All will be televised in some form, whether it be ROOT Sports, Montana Media, or BigSkyTV.org

This is not smack and I hope none of my special needs relatives relegated to Missoula for "college" respond, but how many of the Notre Dame miraculous comebacks would have ended in grizzlie wins had this been in effect?

I still can't tell. The 244p doesn't help...
One angle, in. One angle, out.
