“I’m not going to blame it on Jake,” Ash said.

But then he pretty much does. Stay classy, Rob....

Glad Coach Ash isn't worried, everything will be fine... Nothing to see here. Sheesh.

Ya. Someone needs to talk to coach and let him know just how poor that sounds....... In essence, We have no idea why we were getting beat during the game.

Then again maybe that is accurate. Would be the reason we don't seem to make real time adjustments.

Actually, the answer was pretty clear, and it's not really the Cats' fault. You went up against the best defense, by far, in the conference. In the conference scoring defense category, the same point differential that separates #1 Montana from the #2 defensive leader separates the #2 team from the #6 team (almost). That's a pretty dominant anomaly or outlier. No?

Did you griz fans forget the whole rest of the season? Most of you thought the Cats would win that game. The griz played ten times better on Saturday than they did in any other game this year, and the Cats played ten times worse than any other game this year. Please stop acting like it's 2001 all over and that nobody was shocked at how the game went because the griz are just SOOO dominant this year. Dear Lord...

The dominant defense that got rolled by poly? The one that gave up 15 to UND? 410 passing yards by VA? That gave up 5 FG to NDSU?

Griz are certainly good on defense, but "dominant"? That's just disrespectful of good defensive teams. The difference between NDSU and the griz is the same as the difference between the griz and the cats. You guys win the best bad defense contest!

Bottom line is the griz played by far their best defensive (and offensive) game of the year. By far. And you deserve props for that. But dominant? Give me a break. I watched too many UM games to even take that seriously.

The distance between #1 and #2 almost equals the distance between #2 and #6.

The distance between the next game is drastically smaller than that of the last.

The harsh reality is Montana controlled both lines of scrimmage and JJ had a great game.

I've seen a lot of our fans say um dismantled us, beat us disicively, but not one grizz fan has admitted to the fact that MSU played like crap and was without its two best offensive weapons. If anyone isn't dealing with reality, its um fans.

MSU played its worst game in years. So dont act like it was all the mighty grizz. If you were this good and could force five interception and two fumbles every game, then where the hell's it been all year? You should be 12-0 if you're that good.

On November 22, 2014 The University of Montana Football team controlled both line of scrimmages and it showed on the score board. Nobody can argue that fact.

Yep. And on the same day MSU turned the ball over 7 times leading to 31 points. Nobody can argue that fact either. The difference is Cat fans are conceding um controlled the line, but um fans arent conceding that MSU's turnovers played a huge role in their win. Is that such a harsh reality that you can't come to terms with it? Apparently so.

Whatever....but if you win in the trenches you will probably win the game and Montana did just that.
