I am pleased to see by all the threads on Grizzly football in here that the Griz topics have not automatically been booted to the Smack forum. Finally we have Cat fans comfortable with the inextricable relationship of Grizzly football to Bobcat football. I lift my beer to the Cats for your pretty good season and for playing the Griz to within 14 points. It sucked to lose by only 7 to Coastal Carolina yesterday. Oh well. That's how it goes.

I would encourage you to take an anger management course, most importantly to all griz fans, please focus on what is important to your university:

Your on probation and have lost scholarships.

Your building your program with transfers.

Your school is three million $$$ short.

You had the most favorable schedule in the big sky conference this year.

You need a new head football coach in the next year.

Now, get back to egriz and stay focused on your deteriorating school and solve world hunger while your at it!

I, too, thought that it sucked that you only lost by 7 to Coastal Carolina. I, too, would have been much happier had it been by 21, or maybe 28.

Wish the griz hadn't even gone to the playoffs. All they did was embarrass the whole state by losing to CC in the bitter Montana cold. If it had been 50 degrees they would have lost by 80. FTG, they are an embarrassment

It is true that the Griz got criticized for a soft schedule with EWU as the only formidable opponent on the schedule. I try to tell UM's critics that MSU is a bona fide, legitimate contender. I honestly think the Cats can be very competitive. Good luck next year.
