This guy gets it… definitely not just the students. And the fact you were doing it at the NDSU game and then lost just makes it even more pathetic. I was rooting for the cats until I could hear that over the broadcast. I will say it was rather enjoyable playing money money when we absolutely destroyed you guys though. That’s what’s so funny…. You think it hurts griz fans feelings saying that stupid chant when you play other teams…LOL! You guys think it’s like this amazing thing that is really cool and sticks it to the griz. In reality it just makes you look pathetic. It’s just not a good look. it reeks of inferiority complex-as many bobcat posters agree. Saying it when your playing the griz at least makes sense! Trust me- absolutely not one single griz fan gets their feelings hurt when you chant that when playing other teams. Chant it after you kick our ass and maybe it would sting a bit! I have a lot of Griz friends, all good people. None of them like it. I don't blame them, I wouldn't either. But when you hear the entire stadium screaming it in unison, so loudly you can clearly hear it on live tv, it's hard not to smile a little. The rivalry got out of hand long ago. Hard to reel it in now.

Oh, and as far as the rest of the comments on this disaster of a thread, I'll only say this. Regarding the ESGGCG chant, whatever happened to "sticks and stones"? It's just words, jabbing Gris fans about eating feces. It's not like Bobcat fans are physically throwing feces at Gris players or fans. No, only Gris fans have ever stooped that low...

Also, one or two Gris posters mentioned something about childish, immature behavior of Bobcat fans. Can't really think of any college head football coach who acts more childish or immature than Beavis Hauck. Flipping off Cat fans is just one of hundreds of instances of immaturity from that jackwagon, but it's right up there as one of the most immature things that a man in his position could ever do.
