Not everyone is so consumed with hate as you, bb. I know that's hard for you to understand. You'd be surprised how many people are actually able to get excited about the cross-state rivalry without having an irrational loathing of everyone and everything associated with their foe. In fact, most people actually have a healthy respect for the opposition.

Of course, to pull that off, one has to have a little self-esteem.

In this immediate example, I can let you know with a lot of confidence that anyone who is complaining about the UM radio color man would not suddenly love the guy if he was a Bobcat announcer. That kind of blows your theory. In fact, I think these people would be much more upset if he was on "our side" than on "your side".

Very well said, BAC. BB won't understand it or your concepts, but very well said anyway.

Hey bearBAC (edited for content by kmax, I know he may deserve it but we still need to follow the rules and stay somewhat civil),

I think your comrade, cat-theotherwhitemeat, says it all regarding the unprofessional manners of Gurnsey. One big difference between Cats & Griz is OUR willingness to see & admit the truth, even when it might be negative to our team or school. Most of you Griz fans think UM is the greatest dynasty in the history of college football, and won't see or admit the truth even when it bites you in the bear ass!

Comrade = Friend

Why would you do this to me? Is this derision towards me?

No offense intended, CTOWM.

Comrade in this case simply means "brothers-in-arms".

No offense to Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits...

kmax,

can you at least show me a little love and tell me whether or not you got a chuckle out of my comment regarding bearBAC?

Peace.

El_Gato-Most definately. I really wanted to leave it there just to hear him bitch about it, but hey rules are rules and even when possibly justified and definately deserved, we can't start going down the slippery slope.

I just thought it needed to be said again

Gurns is the worst color man person, or animal I have ever heard.

After the Bobcat game I went and did a little work and tried to check in on the Griz over the radio. I ended up just using Yahoo.com. It was not as quick as the radio, but damn it did not irritate me as much.

I guess we can conclude that if you are a Griz fan and like to to hear the sugar coated version of events. The line that the refs never call a fair game for the Griz (even in Wash-Griz), and all of the Griz player / coaches wear halo's, than listen to the radio! If you are a football fan turn the volume down to Zero and turn your TV up real load! Better yet turn it off all together and listen to the Cats!

Bump for ****** and gigs.

If I could find someone that would print a t-shirt with Gurnsey's ugly mug on it with a saying like "I eat pieces of ****** like you in the morning" or "I only whine and bitch because I know how to lose professionally" I would do it for the playoff game in a heart beat. Maybe it should be a picture of him saying "we used to be the good guys".
