I don't think EWU would be a good career choice for him. Third time as a DC in the Big Sky might create a defacto ceiling to his career. I think he might fare best if he can find a job as a position coach at an FBS school that pays more and allows him to be a bit anonymous for a few years.

Oh for sure. I’m just saying I think EWU would love to have him.
