Officiating Scandal in the Pac 12?

I know the Big Sky is part of a basketball officials consortium that includes the Pac 12, is there a similar consortium for football officials?

What the hell was the Pac12 (Scott) even thinking, sending a VP and chief counsel into the review room and allowing him to open his mouth, I hope somebody sues the hell out of them because their chief counsel is an idiot.
