Wow. PSU really gutted it out. There was a blatant defensive holding against the griz on that last PSU drive. Reffing was bad. Glad that PSU won! Plus the griz are over rated

So much for undefeated in the Big Sky....even sweeter that it was Homecoming with the worst team in the league.

My favorite part was when he picked his ear wax and then sniffed his fingers. I thought, "There it is. That's why griz fans relate to him on such a visceral level."

They are going to have their hands full with UND. I hope the Fighting Frackers steam roll them.

The funniest part is reading some of the egriz posts talking about how ****** the cats and Portland State are. We beat both Western Illinois and Portland State and they still talk the crap.

Most of their fans always talk like that. That's why it's impossible to ever root for them in any situation, and so satisfying when they lose.

I was at the game and it was one of my favorite experiences in that stadium besides the couple Cat wins I've seen there. I just love when it gets quiet in there. People were absolutely losing their minds. The walk out of the stadium with all the Griz fans was an experience I would have paid good money for. I was wondering if I was going to hear something like, "guys, we're just not that good", but I didn't.

Oh god, I would have paid good money to have been there for that dumpster fire. Priceless!!!

NATIONAL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Cody Williams, Portland State, PK, Fr., 5-10, 180, Murrieta, California

Williams drilled the kick heard 'round the FCS world on Saturday. The true freshman's 52-yarder with four seconds remaining took down then-No. 14 Montana 22-20 in the Big Sky Conference. Williams also made field goals of 22 and 43 yards to finish 3-for-3 and averaged 59 yards on six kickoffs.

Honorable Mention: Abu Daramy-Swaray, PR/DB, Colgate; Kenny Doak, PK, Maine; Malik Hamner, DL/ST, Jackson State; Nick Madonia, PK, Tennessee Tech; Shane Simpson, KR/RB, Towson; Taheeb Sonekan, DL/ST, Penn; Cyron Sutton, PR/WR, McNeese; Chase Vinatieri, PK, South Dakota State

Your comments are sooooooo spot on! For the most part the jizz players and team are not the issue I have with dUMb. As you eluded to, a significantly larger % of their fans than at other schools are just so condescending and removed from reality they are very easy to despise. I was looking to get some CAT-jizz tickets purchased, but now I'm thinkin' that by the time Nov 17th rolls around, availability will be up and $'s will be down.

I was talking to a Griz buddy of mine last night, and he was saying how PSU is really a much better team that everyone says they are, and that there was no shame in losing to them. I"m sure he was probably singing a much different tune after we beat them by 20 points....at Portland no less.

I'm sure we'll also find out that North Dakota is a much better team than people are saying, and that there is no shame in losing to them.
