With seemingly every other authority figure who was involved with this crap show resigning shouldn't the guy at the top step down too?
Are we still only seeing the tip of the iceberg? How long till the lawsuits start getting filed and how many will there be?
Honestly the word complicit seems far too mild. Criminal sounds like it more accurately describes what he has done (or should I say what he didn't do?).

Agreed. Everyone who had any tiny part to do with this should resign or be fired. It’s awful, and there are no words to describe just how evil these actions were.
