Washington should move up one. Now if PSU or UG loses sometime this year they should make #4. i don't see them losing to USC or the cougs.

What happened to Justin Herbert? Is he hurt or did he lose the starting job?
I don't follow Oregon that closely, so forgive me if that's a dumb question.
