Rolling through the ISU coaching staff new HC Rob Phenicie looks like the Big Human 20 years and 40 pounds ago. The rest of the staff remains pretty much in-tact with former Bobcat Roger Cooper heading up the linebackers. He may have been the DC last year. The Bengals are again very young, constantly back on the rebuilding trail.
